(6 sentences): You should pick me becuase I have had previous positions of leadership in other serveers such as 3IC and commander of elite regiments. I will make sure to discipline my troopers to make sure they don't minge, ruin the 41st Elite Corps good name, and turn them into fantastic troopers. If I become commander I plan putting my troopers into rigorous training and make them one of the best troopers on the ship without a doubt. I will not be bias in any way and will not choose favorites, if my XO did something wrong, they would recieve the same punishment as one of my regular troopers. I will also make sure my troopers are mature and don't do dumb stuff. I plan on making 41st Elite Corps one the best regiments on the ship. [/b] [b]Why did you pick this commander? (4 sentences): I picked this commander becuase I've held many leadership positions on elite regiments. For example, I've been 3IC for the Republic commandos and ARC commander on servers before. I have always enjoyed being of something greater. I hope you give me the chance to become the commander of 41st Elite Corps and do some great things to do it and promise I won't fail at doing that. [/b] [b]Do you know the lore of your Commander?(you will be tested so study) (4 sentences): Yes, EDIT: I have played in other big servers that involved 41st and took a quite bit of interest in them. Such as the battles they took part of like how they were tasked were saving senator Padme and Jars Jars and took Gunray into custody with the help of Green company. They were led by commander Gree (fun fact, his name came from a alien spieces and his numbers are CC-1004) and Jedi luminara. All three of the jedi that were involved with the 41st was luminara, quilan vos, yoda, and barriss since she was luminaras padawan. I was also amazed by the 41st troopers undying loyalty. This word document would include 41st Elite Corps roster, showing who is in the regiment, what job they are in, (ex. 41st medic, heavy, etc.) their activty and what the requirements are in order to progress through the battlion. Secondly, I would make a 41st Elite Corps discord. This discord would be our main source of communication. It would be where we talk for events, do announments and just hang out and be friends. Bonding with other people in the regiment is a important thing. Lastly, the most important thing, I would have a excellent high command team. To get my high command team I would put them through many tests of leadership, combat, and climbswep to see if they are ready for the spot. I know very well how to handle elite regiments and do whats necessary to maintain our repuation. I will make sure I will recruit skilled and mature people for my regiment. I love star wars and I'm willing to learn anything about it if I don't and if need be. I have over 1,000 hours over starwarsrp and know what I'm doing. I have always enjoyed RPing about starwarsrp and made great friends by doing so. I have also took part in serious regiment competitions. We have won multiple of these and gotten first place in almost every one of them. Everytime time we won I was either commanding my troopers or was a big part in it. I plan of doing the same on this server (not intending to be cocky). Also, big thing, I dropped all my leadership positions on other servers to try out for this one.  I'm fully deciated to this position on the server. [/b]
